Karla has a deep passion for theatre and film and a clear ambition to amplify unique artistic voices while building vibrant creative communities. She holds a Master’s degree in Arts Management & Creative Producing from University College Cork. Karla brings experience from international event management, marketing for a vegan publishing house, and production roles at Schlössernacht Dresden Festival and CurrentLee Arts Festival in Cork.

Fluent in several languages and skilled in digital art and design, Karla combines creativity with a strategic focus. She manages artists including Stephanie Lüning, Olicía, and Ida Johannessen, working with an artist-first philosophy to foster meaningful artistic development.
